Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

MayaCre8o Systems (operating https://mcre8o.in) holds brand campaign funds in escrow and releases them against verified deliverables. This policy sets out the terms governing wallet top-ups, campaign cancellations, escrow refunds and processing timelines through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

2. Campaign Cancellations & Escrow Funds

Campaign funds are held in escrow until deliverable milestones are verified:

• Before creator acceptance:if a brand cancels before any creator has accepted the participation agreement, 100% of the allocated escrow budget is credited back to the brand's platform wallet immediately.
• Work in progress: if a campaign is cancelled after creator acceptance but before final deliverable submission, the refund is determined by milestone completion or by formal dispute resolution.
• Completed and approved: once a deliverable has been reviewed, approved and published, escrow funds released for payout are non-refundable.

3. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Unallocated funds held in a brand's wallet balance may be refunded to the original source account:

• Requests for unused wallet balances must be made in writing to connect@mcre8o.in.
• Requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt and verification.

4. Refund Mode & Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments back to the original payment method used at checkout — credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. We cannot refund to a different instrument from the one used to pay.

Standard timeline: 5 to 7 business days from the approval date for funds to appear on your bank or card statement.
